T\u00fcrk tiyatro tarihinde ad\u0131 klasikler aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en “Buzlar \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fclmeden”, 1965 y\u0131l\u0131nda Cevat Fehmi Ba\u015fkut taraf\u0131ndan kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>

27 May\u0131s Darbesi sonras\u0131nda, yeni \u015fekillenen \u00fclke yap\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde, yolsuzluk, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ve yoksullu\u011fun egemen oldu\u011fu ve zor k\u0131\u015f ko\u015fullar\u0131 nedeniyle yollar\u0131n\u0131n kapanmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 d\u00fcnyadan kopan bir kasabaya yeni bir kaymakam atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gelen kaymakam, farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu\u011funda, mevcut gidi\u015fi de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Kasabadaki a\u011falara, karaborsac\u0131lara, fahi\u015felere, softalara “dur” diyen yeni kaymakam, de\u011fi\u015fik biridir. D\u00fcr\u00fcst ve tarafs\u0131z yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclebilece\u011fi mesaj\u0131n\u0131 veren kaymakam, asl\u0131nda ak\u0131l hastanesinden ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015f bir “delidir”.
